  • Free standard shipping on orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$39.99 or more.
  • A US$12.99 standard shipping fee on orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below US$39.99.
  • Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–15 business days, with a total estimated delivery time of 8–18 business days, including processing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier arrangements, customs procedures, weather, and other logistical factors. Shipping is available only to addresses supported at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the SupplyPax Returns & Refunds Policy. Generally, return requests should be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

For returns due to a change of mind, an incorrect purchase, or no longer needing an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items attributable to us, we will review the circumstances and cover reasonable return shipping costs where our responsibility is confirmed.

Eligible refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and are issued to the original payment method.
