Shipping Fees

SupplyPax offers standard shipping for eligible orders according to the following rates:

  • Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$39.99 or more: Free standard shipping.
  • Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below US$39.99: US$12.99 standard shipping fee.

Shipping eligibility is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping charges and any other applicable fees. The final shipping fee and available delivery options displayed at checkout will apply.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order processing time is separate from transit time. The transit period begins after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–15 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 8–18 business days, including processing and transit.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier arrangements, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other logistical factors.

Shipping Destinations

SupplyPax ships only to delivery addresses supported at checkout. Enter your delivery address during checkout to view the available shipping options and applicable charges.

If your address cannot be selected at checkout, shipping to that address may not be available through our current checkout options.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur during order processing or transit due to peak shipping periods, public holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only, and actual arrival dates may vary.
